REFUND/REPRINT POLICY
In the event that you receive misspelt labels or which contain incorrect Chinese characters, please contact us immediately and we will inquire into the matter. We may ask that you return the product to us in order to facilitate our investigation. In the event that the error is an error on our behalf, we will gladly reprint the relevant product and send them to you free of charge. If, however, the error is due to a typing error which you have made unintentionally, or if you are not satisfied with the product because you have accidentally chosen a different font, font color, label option or color option to that you originally had in mind, we regret that we will not be able to reprint the product or provide a refund.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Other than as expressly specified in these terms and conditions, Bella’s Design Gallery shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly out of or in relation to the use by you of this Bella’s Design Gallery website or services except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
